Here’s some commonly asked questions and answers.
Here’s the process that’s worked most successfully in the past:
- Once you fill out my custom order form, I’ll typically reply back in a few days with a price estimate and turnaround time to complete your order. If there’s questions I have about what your looking for I’ll ask then.
- If the price & timeline is acceptable, I’ll send you a Square Invoice for the work requested (check payments are also accepted).
- Once payment is made I’ll start on your project.
Washing & Care
Because I use primarily worsted yarns (mostly are a cotton/poly blend material) they might shrink and/or bleed in a warm wash. That being the case I recommend washing in cold water, on a gentle cycle or by hand. Air dry.
Crocheted clothing will stretch to size. It might be a little snug at first but, like your favorite pair of jeans, they’ll stretch and fit perfectly after a little time.
What color options do you have available?
I have a lot of yarn color options available. Just let me know what color or colors you really want and I’ll see if I have it available.
Can you match my school or team colors?
I’ll try my best to choose yarn colors that are the closest!
How long does it take?
Depending on the complexity of the pattern, quantity needed, and shipping destination it can take anywhere from 30 days to 60 days to complete an order.
In every portfolio item I show estimated production time.
What's your payment policy?
I ask that full payment is made up front for each custom order. All items are shipped as soon as humanly possible once payment is received.

How do you ship the final piece?
Shipping is included in the final price. I ship all of my crochet item individually via USPS 1st class mail from Rochester, NY.
What's your refund & exchange policy?
If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact me and I will do my best to fix the problem and come to a solution.
